Dr LZ Ngidi is the Founder and Director of Lenos Pty Ltd, bringing over 31 years of experience in basic and higher education, with a strong foundation in teaching, training, and human resource development. Her extensive academic and professional background positions the company as a credible and quality-driven training provider aligned with national skills development priorities. Dr Ngidi holds a PhD in Management Sciences in Public Administration, as well as a Master of Commerce in Human Resource Management.
